A one-day rental from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm including set up and arrangement of reception tables and chairs and ceremony chairs, and event cleaning. White, pressed linens and place settings are arranged before you arrive to decorate. Grow your day by including any of our Additional Rentals.

Ivy Package

Celebrate in elegance with up to 50 of your favorite people. This intimate wedding option lets your celebration feel like an upscale, heartfelt, exclusive dinner party.

This 12-hour rental includes exclusive access to multiple outdoor and indoor altar locations and the Lounge with a private bathroom. Set up, arrangement, and tear down of furniture for the reception and ceremony are done for you. White, pressed linens and place settings are arranged before you arrive to decorate.

    This place is wonderful. I was a bridesmaid and all of us girls go to stay the night there in the beautiful space and in the morning the owners came and made us breakfast and made sure if we needed anything that it was available for us. The spot down by the pond where we had the wedding ceremony was beautiful and then the reception area was huge and held a lot of people. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to have a wedding or any type of big event.

    Beautiful venue tucked away on a little slice of heaven. Many wonderful spots for an outdoor ceremony with great scenery for a photo shoot. The building is all new with a perfect neutral color palate to compliment any event’s decor. The venue provides tables, chairs, linens, etc. Owners are incredibly helpful and work with the renters every step of the way. Would highly recommend the use of Small Grand Things!
